Mr. Richert's practice focuses in the areas of estate planning and probate, including trusts and wills, probate litigation, business planning, asset protection and real estate law. He is an A-V-rated attorney under Martindale Hubbell's Peer Review Rating process and has been named a SuperLawyer by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine in the area of real estate transactions. Mr. Richert graduated from the University of Minnesota (BS 1990) and received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law (JD 1995). While at William Mitchell College of Law, Mr. Richert was a a member of the William Mitchell Law Review. Mr. Richert is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He currently lives in Stillwater, Minnesota and in his free time performs on alto saxophone with his jazz quartet Four of a Kind.
