Ralph is a shareholder in the firm and focuses his practice on commercial and bankruptcy litigation and appeals. In addition to litigation, he is experienced in creditors' and landlords' remedies in bankruptcy cases and problem loan workouts for secured creditors. Ralph is the author of Chapter 21 Real Estate in Bankruptcy in Real Estate Law and Practice (West 2007). He received his law degree from Santa Clara University in California in 1987 and his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
